Turkey Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 - complete package of shredded hash browns
  • 2 - entire packages of Eckrich Sausage (fat link and I use the turkey)
  • 1 – can cream of cheddar soup
  • 1 – can evaporated milk
  • Gloves of garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Let hash browns thaw on countertop for 2 hours. Slice sausage into coins. Mix soup, milk and garlic, add potatoes and sausage. Put in crockpot on low for 5 hours or high for 3. Stir a few times to keep from sticking around outside. (I use crockpot liner and spray with cooking spray before adding contents).
