Ingredients
- 12 oz sausage
- 1/3 c onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c chesse
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
1. Cook sausage, onion, garlic until cooked then stir in red pepper
2. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, milk, eggs then pour into a 13 x 9 pan.
3. Spoon pork mixture over batter, sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake 22- 27 minutes
