Cinnamon-Raisin Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup stick margarine or butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a food processor; process until combined. Press oat mixture into a 13 × 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
