Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice undrained
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth.
Serving size: 1 1/4 cups
