Ingredients

    (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

    (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice undrained

    cup ice cubes

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth. Serving size: 1 1/4 cups
