Cherry Float Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 10 oz jar maraschino cherries save juice
  • juice replaces liquids in brownie mix
  • 1 can vanilla frosting used for topping
  • Maraschino cherries with stems for topping

Preparation

Step 1

preheat the oven to 350*
prepare the brownie mix according to your box instructions
replace the recommended liquid with equal amounts of cherry juice
add 10 oz jar of drained cherries to the mixture and gently stir them into the brownie batter
pour the batter into a greased 9 by 13 baking pan
bake 20 - 25 minutes
remove from oven and let cool cut into desired serving size
top with vanilla frosting and maraschino cherries at you discretion
