Egg and Cheese Souffle

A perfect dish for a family brunch, you can't mess up the eggs!

Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 9 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 TBS oil
  • 1 TBS Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup grated velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

cut off crusts and break bread into chunks
combine milk, eggs, oil, and seasonings
blend in cheese
alternate bread and mixture in 2 qt souffle dish
refrigerate overnight
bake at 350 for 1 hr. 10 min.
