Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 banana (6 oz)
- 1 container (6 oz) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Ground nutmeg, to sprinkle on top
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine pineapple, banana, yogurt and ice. Puree until smooth. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
