Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (8 ounce) packages sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Madeira wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook for 5-6 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.
2. Add Madeira & salt; cook for 4-5 minutes, or until all liquid is evaporated.
