Egg Roll Bowls

  • 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Brush egg roll wrappers on both sides with olive oil.

3. Place wrappers over a 2-cup oven proof bowl.

4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until lighly browned.

5. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing egg roll wrapper from bowl. Cool completely.
