EASY PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients

• Can also add the following if using pure pumpkin:
• 1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
• 1 can 100% pure Pumpkin pie mix
• 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• opt: 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Just mix yellow cake mix with pumpkin pie mix
I added some raisins and chopped nuts your choice or with out
mix together
nothing else no eggs,no liquid
Put into liners in cup cake pan
bake in 350 degree oven
20 to 25 min
They are a very moist muffin
