Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 c chopped chives
  • 2 t butter
  • 1/2 t paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until done. Beat with electric beater. Add next five ingredients and beat until fluffy. Fold in chives and put in baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
