Step 1
chop 2-4 cloves garlic and add 1 tsp salt and mash it to form smooth paste, then put in small bowl and add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp gree Chartreuse (optional), ½ tsp fresh chopped rosemary. Mix and then add 8 tsp room temperature butter. Season with salt and pepper. Can use this as a sauce with grilled meat and fish, spread on sourdough, toss with steamed vegatables, mix with pasta, put on potato, use to make croutons.
