Ingredients
- 2-4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into round pieces
- 1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add cabbage and onion and cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking. Add remaining ingredients, cover skillet, reduce heat, and simmer 20-25 minutes.
