Caramel Apple Salad

The author notes..."This recipe was shared by one of my fellow Weight Watchers. I'm not much of a person for sweets, but this was REALLY good in my book! 1 Cup equals 5 points."

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple ( do not drain)
  • 4 unpeeled Red Delicious apples, cut up
  • 1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding ( or regular)
  • 1 (8 ounce) containers fat-free cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all together and let set overnight.
