Hickory Smoked Crockpot Roast

This is hands-down the best crockpot beef I have ever made. My DH agrees. It is SO FAST and easy to put together, too! Phase 1

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds beef roast
- 2 tbsp. hickory liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. steak sauce, like A-1
- 1/2 tbsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Trim the fat off the meat and put it in a 4-qt. crockpot. Add spices to all sides of it. Add steak sauce and liquid smoke. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat and serve. YUM!
