Ingredients

  • 3-4

    pounds beef roast

  • 2

    tbsp. hickory liquid smoke

  • ½

    c. steak sauce, like A-1

  • ½

    tbsp. celery salt

  • ½

    tbsp. garlic powder

  • ½

    tsp. pepper

Directions

Trim the fat off the meat and put it in a 4-qt. crockpot. Add spices to all sides of it. Add steak sauce and liquid smoke. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat and serve. YUM!
