Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 tblsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tblsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tblap. honey
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 large or 2 small bunches kale
  • crazins
  • sliced almonds or pine nuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash kale. Break off hard stems. Tear into pieces & place in salad bowl.
2. In a bowl combine white balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt & pepper. Whisk together & pour over kale.
3. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
4. At serving time add almonds & crazins.
