Chicken in a Bag

  • whole chicken cut into pieces
  • marinate pieces in a glad bag for 3 hours
  • Chop rosemary 4T
  • 10 garlic
  • 3 T salt
  • 1 T peppercorns
  • lemon zest
  • 1/2 jar (4T) dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

marinate pieces of chicken in glad bag for 3 hours in fridge

Remove chicken - dip in flour and deep fry in canola oil 3 -4 minutes and drain

Bake 180 for ten minutes
