Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato wedges chopped (or fresh in season)
  • 1/2 cup finely-chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup finely-chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely-chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon snipped chives
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups tomato juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
