Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. rice flour
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 c almond milk
- pinch of cayenne
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
heat saucepan over medium low heat. add butter and flour, cook 1 minute. add milk and turmeric and cook until thickened, 5 minutes. turn off heat and add cayenne, yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
