Ingredients
- 1 pound greens beans ends trimmed
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile toast pine nuts in pan, until lightly golden. Add green beans and 2 tablespoons butter to pan and cook until just warm. Season with salt, to taste
