Banana Slush Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 bananas
  • 1 can (46 oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 6 cups water
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 bottles (2 liters ea) lemon-lime soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mash bananas; mix bananas with pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and water; stir to dissolve sugar.

Place in freezable container or ice cube trays and freeze. To serve: place scoops of frozen mixture in punch bowl and add lemon-lime soda to create desired consistency. May also place scoop of frozen mixture in individual cups and pour soda over top (makes approximately 35 cups).
