Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved (quartered, if large)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray large rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mis sprouts, onions, oil, salt and pepper and nutmeg. (to make ahead, cover and chill up to 1 day) Put veggies on pan. roast 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup sliced almonds; roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
