Ingredients

    pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved (quartered, if large)

  • 1

    tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. pepper

  • 1/4

    tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray. Mis sprouts, onions, oil, salt and pepper and nutmeg. (to make ahead, cover and chill up to 1 day) Put veggies on pan. roast 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup sliced almonds; roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
