Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 c sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs till thick and lemon-colored. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients; add to eggmixture, mixing till smooth. Drop by tablespoons onto hot buttered non-stick griddle swirling to make very thin pancakes. Just when they start to bubble, flip....remove and sprinkle with sugar, butter and syrup. YUM!
