Ingredients
- 1 T minced fresh ginger
- 1 T mild, light flavored olive oil
- 3 C peeled, cored, thin-sliced apples
- 1/4 lb fresh trimmed snow peas
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation

- Saute ginger in oil over high heat; add apples and snow peas; stir fry 5 min.; sprinkle with sesame oil
