Bran Muffins

My mom was given this recipe many years ago, and I still LOVE them! The batch is huge, but they will freeze for a month or so.

Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) box Raisin Bran
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 5 cup flour
- 4 beaten eggs
- 5 tea baking soda
- 2 tea salt
- 1 qt buttermilk (I substitute 2 T white vinegar in 1 qt whole milk)
Preparation
Step 1
In a very large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and stir in. Store overnight in refrigerator. Bake in papered muffin pan 325° 20-22 minutes
