Bran Muffins

My mom was given this recipe many years ago, and I still LOVE them! The batch is huge, but they will freeze for a month or so.

Ingredients

  • 1

    (15oz) box Raisin Bran

  • 1

    cup oil

  • cup brown sugar

  • cup white sugar

  • 5

    cup flour

  • 4

    beaten eggs

  • 5

    tea baking soda

  • 2

    tea salt

  • 1

    qt buttermilk (I substitute 2 T white vinegar in 1 qt whole milk)

Directions

In a very large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and stir in. Store overnight in refrigerator. Bake in papered muffin pan 325° 20-22 minutes
