Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 TB orange juice
- 2 TB reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 TB hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp orange peel
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Place in a 8" square baking dish coated with spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine onion, OJ, soy sauce, oil, sauce, ginger, orange peel and garlic. Pour over chicken.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
