Ingredients
- 1 medium head bok choy
- 1 medium Napa cabbage
- 2 pkg Ramen noodles w/o seasoning
- 1 T sugar
- 3 oz slivered almonds
- Dressing
- 1 C canola oil
- 1/2 C sugar
- 3/4 C red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss bok choy and Napa cabbage in bowl. In skillet, melt butter and add noodles, broken up, with sugar, almonds. Saute until browned.
Toss all together
