Ingredients

  • 1 medium head bok choy
  • 1 medium Napa cabbage
  • 2 pkg Ramen noodles w/o seasoning
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 oz slivered almonds
  • Dressing
  • 1 C canola oil
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3/4 C red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Toss bok choy and Napa cabbage in bowl. In skillet, melt butter and add noodles, broken up, with sugar, almonds. Saute until browned.
Toss all together
