Ingredients

    medium head bok choy

  • 1

    medium Napa cabbage

  • 2

    pkg Ramen noodles w/o seasoning

  • 1

    T sugar

  • 3

    oz slivered almonds

  • Dressing

  • 1

    C canola oil

  • ½

    C sugar

  • ¾

    C red wine vinegar

Directions

Toss bok choy and Napa cabbage in bowl. In skillet, melt butter and add noodles, broken up, with sugar, almonds. Saute until browned. Toss all together
