TANGY CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 sm onion, minced 1 c chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Chill 1 hr. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 large ball or log. I usually make 2 smaller balls.
