Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 3/4 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1 Egg, well beaten
- 2 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sugar, margarine, chopped dates and egg for 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla. Cool enough to handle. Roll into small balls then roll in fine coconut.
