Bellini Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) sugar (optional)
  • 1 Tbs (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) chilled brut champagne
  • Frozen melon balls for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the peaches, optional sugar, and lemon juice in an electric blender and puree until smooth. Pour the peach puree into a large bowl and add the champagne, stirring gently to mix. Add optional frozen melon balls. Serves 8 to 12.
