Amish Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni (measured uncooked)
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • 3 T. Dill Pickle Relish
  • 3 T. Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Celery Seed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook macaroni according to package.

2. While macaroni is cooking, chop up all the veggies/eggs. In a large bowl combine macaroni and veggies/eggs.

3. Make up the dressing/sauce, just combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

4. Pour the dressing over mixture and stir, chill at least 1 hour before serving.
