Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Chop avocados and tomatoes up in bite size pieces. Drain and rinse black beans. Drain corn. Mix olive oil, vinegar and ranch dressing together. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with Tostito chips.
