CHEESECAKE COOKIE CUPS

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (16.5) Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
  • 2 pkgs. (8oz each) Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Can (21oz) Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*. Paper line a 24 muffin tin. Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.

Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour 3 Tbls. cream cheese mixture over each baked cup.

Bake for additional 15-18 minutes or until set.

Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Top each with a level Tablespoon of pie filling. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
