Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 7.5-oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 1 Cup sour cream (regular or light)
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 1 TB. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp. dried CILANTRO

Preparation

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
