Ingredients
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 C. minced red onion
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a meduin-sized mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and onion. Then mix in artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot light brown on top.
