Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 c hot instant mashed potatoes
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 c frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots and corn)
- 1 c beef gravy
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Brown meat in large skillet, drain
3. mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 c cheddar and garlic until blended
4. Combine meat, vegetables and gravy, spoon into oval baking dish.
5. Cover with potato mixture and remaining cheddar. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through
**either microwave the veggies for a few min or put in for longer time in oven.
