COCONUT-PECAN COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter flavored Crisco
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients in order, mixing after each. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350deg about 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
