Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown lentils
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup #4 bulgur
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 med onion chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lentils and 1 cup water in pan, boil reduce heat and cook covered until partially cooked, add bulgur and remaining water, cook until all is tender, add water as needed (no mush)
Heat olive oil and onion until reddish and pour over lentils
