FRENCH COCONUT PIE

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Place first 6 ingredients in bowl, mix with spoon. Pour small amount of margarine into pie crust, cover it. Pour ingredients into pie shell. Bake at 350deg for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
