Ingredients
- 2 fresh ripe peaches pitted, diced (or 1 can whole peaches, drained and diced)
- 1 ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear diced
- 1 pint ripe strawberries halved
- 2 kiwis peeled, sliced
- 2 ounces orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
- 1 pint orange or strawberry sorbet
Preparation
Step 1
Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine.
To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
