Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quartered seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 4 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons low fat vanilla yogurt
- 24 slices shaved deli turkey meat
- 8 large Romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine fruit, celery, mayo and yogurt; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place 3 turkey slices on each lettuce leaf; top evenly with fruit mixture. Fold in the 2 opposite sides of each leaf; roll up tightly.
