Spinach Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 10 oz package Stouffer's Spinach Souffle, thawed
  • 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
  • 1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp lemon juince
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Bring to boil over medium heat.
