Ingredients
- 12 oz linguini
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 28oz can tomato (drained)
- 3.4 cup sliced olives
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 2 T chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare linguini (keep warm)
12 in skillet 2 TBS olive oil cook shrimp till done. Remove shrimp.
Add remaining olive oil
Cook garlic and onions until onion soft
Add remaining ingredients exempt cheese bring to boil
Reduce hear simmer add shrimp
