Indian Bread

A fried bread that can be used topped with meat and vegetables or just eaten.

Ingredients

  • For every cup of flour
  • Add: 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add flour, baking powder,salt. Then add milk until dough is very sticky. I usually use 2 cups of flour. Let the dough set at least one hour. Roll out on a floured surface into a very thin round. Fry on both sides in oil until browned on both sides. The dough will puff up while cooking.
