Ingredients
- 1 Cup onion
- 2 Cod fillets
- 2 Cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 1/4 oz olives (drained)
- 1 Tbs Capers
- 1/4 Tsp pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Coat a larger skillet with vegetable spray
Saute' onion over medium high heat until soft
Add Cod and saute' for about 4 minutes
In a bowl stir together Marinara sauce, olives, capers & pepper flakes
Pour over fish
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to minimum low & simmer covered, stirring once for 10 minutes
Turn fish and cook for 5-10 minutes more or until fish flakes.
Remove fish to plates and top with sauce
